Q: Can the warning sign supplied with each unit be personalised to display a company name, job title etc?
A: Yes, a quote can be provided for any additional artwork to the warning sign.
Q: Do the units require any ongoing maintenance?
A: The units will require the solar panel to be kept clean to benefit from optimised charging and it is
recommended that the cover is removed and the water drainage holes checked to ensure they are clear every
3-4 months, (ongoing maintenance contracts can be arranged with Status Parking Systems Ltd).
Q: Can I purchase additional key fobs for my Save-a-Space unit?
A: Yes, you can purchase up to 9 additional key fobs for any one Save-a-Space unit either at the time
of purchase or at a later date through Status Parking Systems Ltd.
Q: Am I able to see a demonstration of the Save-a-Space unit?
A: Yes, Status Parking Systems Ltd offer a free no obligation demonstration.
Q: If I wish to use more than one Save-a-Space unit within close proximity to each other, will I have any problems
with the key fobs interfering with each other?
A: No, each key fob uses a multi-channel receiver that has a unique signal which will not interfere with
another Save-a-Space unit.
Q: Can the Save-a-Space unit detect that an obstacle is in its way when raising or lowering?
A: Yes, the Save-a-Space unit has an anti-crashing system that detects an obstacle in its way and returns the
arch to its original position automatically.
Q: How long does it take for the unit to lower or raise upon pressing the button on the remote control?
A: It takes 8 seconds to lower/raise the arch.
Q: Do I get a discount for ordering more than one unit?
A: Yes, a discount is available depending on the number of additional units purchased as part of one order,

Q: How long should I expect to wait between placing my order and the unit being delivered/fitted?
A: We aim to fulfil your order within two weeks of the initial order being placed.
Q: If additional parts are required for repair, are they easily available?
A: Yes, all the required parts are readily available and are covered for the first year as part of your guarantee.
Q: What happens if I lose my key fob?
A: You can use the manual override key to gain access to the electrical isolation switch. Once activated the
arch can be manually lowered and raised and secured into the desired position. Additional key fobs can be purchased
and programmed to the unit to replace the lost one.
